Add the player characters (NPCs are added on the next screen) and initiative modifiers on this screen and klick "Save".
The next screen (the initiative tracker) will open and the characters will be saved to the URL in the adressbar. This mean that after you click "Save" you can bookmark the page to store the settings, then you can use the bookmark each time you want to open the tracker with the same characters.
